Returns Policy


If you need to start a return, you can click on the "chat with us" button in the bottom right corner of your screen or e-mail us at info@advancedhealthmart.com.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when contacting us for an RMA number : customer name, order number, serial number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please contact Customer Service online to start a return.

Please be aware that we will need to collect some information about your potential return in order to note and start the return in our system. Refusal to provide any information will prevent all returns from being started.

All defective products will be accepted for exchange at Advanced Healthmart's discretion within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Some non-defective products may be returned for refund or exchange. Those returns authorized by Advanced Healthmart must be completed within 30 days of the date of delivery.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Return shipping for non-defective products will be at the expense of the customer and are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. Returns for replacement parts orders and other small item orders under $20(not including possible sales tax) will be subject to the $8 flat rate shipping charge as a restocking fee to recoup a portion of the outbound shipping cost. All refused and undeliverable orders will be processed as a return.

Certain products may not be returned due to hygiene issues that would cause such products to not be resold such as opened incontinence, ALL bathroom safety products, infection control products, ostomy, bedding, and urological supplies. Refrigerated items may not be returned due to shipping requirements.

 Open Box or Clearance items are final sale. No returns are accepted for these items.

Repair Parts Returns

Repair parts returned without the labelled manufacturer packaging will only be issued a 50% return. These returns can not be resold or donated since the can not be identified with the manufacturer labels and have to be disposed of.

All parts returns will go into a quarantine period once received, as a precautionary measure.
