Returns Policy

Due to fear buying and hoarding that have led to market shortages, outages, and current restrictions by the government, manufacturer, and distribution source returns are not being accepted for infection control products, masks, or PPE products.


Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when contacting us for an RMA number : customer name, order number, serial number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please contact Customer Service online to start a return.

Please be aware that we will need to collect some information about your potential return in order to note and start the return in our system. Refusal to provide any information will prevent all returns from being started.

All defective products will be accepted for exchange at Advanced Healthmart's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Some non-defective products may be returned for refund or exchange. Those returns authorized by Advanced Healthmart must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Return shipping for non-defective products will be at the expense of the customer and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Certain products may not be returned due to hygiene issues that would cause such products to not be resold such as opened incontinence, ALL bathroom safety products, ostomy, bedding, and urological supplies. Refrigerated items may not be returned due to shipping requirements.

Replacement parts or orders under $20(not including possible sales tax) are non-returnable due to the expenses to our customer and Advanced Healthmart.

Drive Parts Returns

Drive parts are brand and series specific and not interchangeable, unless specifically labelled, with other drive series or other brands. Returns will not be accepted for intended use under these circumstances.

All parts returns will go into a quarantine period once received, as a precautionary measure.
