Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please contact Customer Service online to start a return.
All defective products will be accepted for exchange at Advanced Healthmart's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Some non-defective products may be returned for refund or exchange. Those returns authorized by Advanced Healthmart must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.
All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Return shipping for non-defective products will be at the expense of the customer and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Certain products may not be returned due to hygiene issues that would cause such products to not be resold such as opened incontinence, bathroom safety products, ostomy, bedding, and urological supplies. Refrigerated items may not be returned due to shipping requirements.
Replacement parts under $20(not including possible sales tax) are non-returnable due to the expenses to our customer and Advanced Healthmart.
Returns are not accepted on International sales.
Free shipping is not available on international orders.
Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii orders can not be shipped via standard ground service. Please message us for shipping quotes.
When will my order ship?
For your security we have additional fraud checks in place. Please add up to 2 extra days for processing. All orders ship within 24 hours of clearing security processing. All orders with a shipping address different than the billing address will remain on hold until confirmed.
Can I expedite my order?
Please contact us for rush shipping quotes. Nutritional products are only shipped via ground service due to freight cost. Expedited shipping cost for nutritional products are generally higher than the cost of the product.
