Bought this as a means to warm hand for physical therapy after surgery. Which my Dr says is used to break down scar tissue. Except it doesn't stay warm enough for very long, even with the liner and mit. My rice pack stays warm longer. So it's a shame that I spent all this money, when I could just use my $10 rice pack. I'm sure the wax is good for skin therapy, as it leaves a nice feel after peeling.
