Systagenix Promogran Prisma Matrix Wound Dressing is a freeze-dried composite of collagen, oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC) and silver. It is designed to kick start the healing process while providing protection from infection. It transforms into a soft and conformable, biodegradable gel, which allows contact with all areas of the wound.
