Screws in a little different causing the walker to be a little off balance. If I would have bought two it would be perfect

The R728 series rollator has one standard size wheel. Please make sure that you have a Drive Medical brand rollator and double check the model number/REF# on the silver label located on the lower part of the frame. Drive Medical parts are brand and model specific.
