This is the 8" replacement wheel for Nova Star 8 model 4288(standard) and 4278(petite) with a serial number starting with "NV." The bearing set and spacer are already installed and is used on the front and rear wheel. This is not the wheel for the Star 8 Heavy Duty model #4263.

Nova replacement parts are brand and model specific. They are not universal and will not fit other brands.
